The SMC Group’s excellent warehousing and distribution solution enables us to ensure that our Brand Principal’s products are safely stored, accounted for and readily available for nationwide distribution through our network so that we can consistently and efficiently fulfil our Customers’ orders.
Sales & Merchandising
SMC Brands partners with our Brand Principals to grow their brands and increase their market share in both volume and value. SMC Brands build on-shelf visibility, forward share and distribution. Category management, coupled with our S&OP systems, ensures stock is on hand and readily available, particularly when there is fluctuating demand. SMC Brands assist retailers in keeping their systems up to date, influencing sales where possible.
SMC Brands carry the debtors’ books for our Customers in the territory and further honour agreements or SLA’s that are in place between the supplier and customer. SMC Brands have various business models that are adaptable to suit our clients with unique operational environments.
